各位版上大大好
我最近因為減肥而導致胸部變小
一年來因為節食和有氧運動,雖有成功減肥也造成胸部縮水
56kg 大E小F → 50kg 大B小C
為此真的非常難過T___T
內衣穿起來空空的,男朋友也覺得很難過
現在正嘗試補救
自己煮青木瓜排骨和按摩,也在回復均衡飲食
但不知道每周數日的慢跑是否要繼續維持?
畢竟減肥大業仍在進行中ˊˋ
但怕繼續消耗脂肪會讓胸部大不起來>"<
而且因為飲食量較以前多(之前真的吃太少了OAQ)
近日已有脂肪囤積在腹部,但胸部還是一樣小
請問我要如何在豐胸和維持身材中取得平衡????
