最近家裡買了X-bike 孝敬我老媽(她說腳受傷跑不動)
但是大部分都是我在騎XD
阻力4 36km/hr HR150/min
之前是都會去跑步
可是前陣子一直下雨,就養成騎腳踏車的習慣
今天又去跑步, 跑完覺得好累
自覺以同等心跳速率,跑步跟腳踏車對身體的感覺比較,覺得跑步累了一點
所以想問有研究顯示負重有氧與非負重有氧對身體的差別嗎?
