桂格的草莓鮮奶麥片一包+奶粉半匙+3~4匙的大燕麥
之前泡的時候,經過的學姊同學吃幾口,有好幾個問我說這是哪買的
因為草莓鮮奶是酸甜的味道 吃起來很棒
還有一個低卡果凍
一鍋水大約600CC+洋菜(菜燕)煮
洋菜的份量大約是1/5包(一包36元左右 一跟一根細細長長的)
煮到融化後加兩包可可粉 熱量大約200大卡
若有買到明治低糖的可可粉 一包只有60大卡 加兩包就很香囉
這時候可以加大約十匙的燕麥片進去煮 煮到爛後 放冷倒入容器再放冰箱
吃起來就像巧克力米布丁哦,熱量不高,有飽足感又很香
另外有不沾鍋的可以自己煎蛋餅
之前買過全麥蛋餅皮 一張80大卡 芝士樂低脂起司 兩片78大卡
一顆蛋80~100大卡 水煮鮪魚罐頭半罐 45大卡
先把餅皮放過鍋裡,不加油(餅皮本身是熟的 只要加熱就能吃囉)
等到微熱後,開大火打蛋,餅皮壓在蛋上,大約30秒後關小火
加熱大約一分鐘後就能輕易用鍋鏟翻面,這時加入兩片起司+鮪魚
一份早餐大約300大卡,很健康又營養滿分^____^
想吃肉的話可以買里肌肉,切大約1公分厚,一樣不加油煎
(肉買回來可用醬油稍微醃一下) 包進蛋餅裡吃一樣很好吃
