超新手重訓疑問 - 健身

各位前輩 你們好
小弟從今年5月中左右開始重訓,重訓前體重約49,今天9/11量體重是56.1
下方左圖是今年5/7,右圖是8/1的inbody資訊

請問一些問題
(1)肌肉增加的速度,我只有0.2左右,這是正常嗎? 還是說我練太少?(我年紀有點大了,練一天休一天)
(2)因為要重訓的關係,這段時間我強迫自己吃進更多的食物,我有預料到體脂肪一定會上升,疑問是為什麼脂肪幾乎都是堆積在肚子那邊?
練的有點沮喪
