我知道減肥的公式是消耗的熱量>吃進去的熱量>基代
我每天都固定有氧一個小時 去健身房踩腳踏車 轉速80~85 阻力3-5
平均心跳130~140
我的基代是1217
健身房的腳踏車上面寫消耗的卡路里1小時有580幾大卡
可是我真的很納悶有這麼多嗎
既然在無法完全確定運動可消耗的熱量之下
請問我到底要吃到多少大卡的熱量比較適當呢?
被這個問題困擾好久了
麻煩各位幫我解答 感激不盡
