早餐:苜蓿芽春捲+黃豆芽漿 or 黑糖饅頭夾蛋+小七的桂格燕麥奶
午餐:冬粉+兩樣青菜 or 咖哩飯 or 便當 (飯都減半吃)
晚餐:不一定 我媽弄甚麼 我就吃甚麼 (大約六點前會吃飯)
其他:每天睡前會喝一百卡的低脂牛奶
日常作息時間:一點左右睡覺 早上八點起床
生活型態:全職考生一年了
運動習慣:除生理期前三天外 每天 快走操場一個半小時 心跳數 130左右
我的問題:七月考試完後 到現在幾乎每天快走1.5小時,前幾天是我第一次到康是美
量體脂肪34%,真是完完全全的嚇死啦><!雖然知道剛保持運動習慣沒多久,
但還真沒想到四肢超瘦,全肥在大腿跟肚子竟然全是油 OTZ
自我檢討了一下...可能是跟我一年都坐著加上我有陣子因為中午怕熱,
早餐跟中餐都吃馬可先生的麵包,想說至少上面有寫熱量可以控制~"~
加上完全坐著沒運動 囧,而且我又很少喝水,一天大概只有1000c.c
運動了三星期,體重完全沒變,體力是有變好,肚子也有消一些,
上面是我最近的菜單,喝水也有超過2000cc,至於低脂牛奶是我運動完
真的有點餓,加上我睡眠品質差,它可以助眠。不知道我還有哪裡需要調整?
主要先想要快點瘦體脂肪,次要當然是減重! 大家用力鞭吧~"~
