體脂肪17~18%遊走
我深信有氧瘦全身
加入健身房也一年多了
我保持每周上3~5天健身房的習慣
每次都至少會跑40分鐘(5~6K) 加上偶爾重訓上半身
最近半個月來慢跑加碼到60分(8~9K)
可是為什麼..都跑了一年
我所有不該瘦的全都瘦了...
但是大腿整個還是鬆軟到不行?..Q___Q
站著的時候還好..
但是只要一坐下整個大腿就原地解散!! 嗚嗚嗚
需要再加入重訓下半身嗎?
好迷惘啊 嗚~
