: 澱粉明明就是一個好東西,白飯、白麵包這些過度精緻加工才真的要少吃
: 因為營養素大部分都在加工過程中被去掉了
: 糙米飯、五榖米飯、燕麥、山藥、地瓜、芋頭這些不過度加工的食物是頂級的澱粉食物
: 營養素一大堆還富含纖維,吃這些富含纖維的澱粉,讓你更不容易餓

: 一開始吃不慣糙米、五榖米,可以與白米或和搭配,改成半五榖半白飯
: 然後逐漸減少白飯份量,增加五榖
: 拜託不要一直污名化澱粉

攝取白飯或各種澱粉類食物是因為需要澱粉,白飯雖然經過去殼
但是其主要需求的澱粉並無去除,跟糙米相比在主要訴求的澱粉上
並無太大的差別!
白飯跟糙米的優劣
白飯-主要為澱粉,較無農藥殘留的疑慮
糙米-因無去殼留了菸鹼酸、維生素B6、鎂、錳、磷、硒
跟殼的纖維,但是有農藥殘留的疑慮
台灣的農民很辛苦,但是即使是有機糙米仍然在各大新聞中
可以看出竟然可以驗出農藥殘留,理論上白飯在額外營養價
值上的確是大輸糙米,可是糙米在農藥殘留風險的確是大過
白飯,在某個節目上也可看過已經離開的林醫生說過,相信
農民對於農藥殘留的技術不如相信自己的把關!至於吃糙米
帶來的好處跟農藥殘留的風險就請各位自己抉擇吧!!!
