跑快跑少 V.S 跑慢跑多 - 健身

一次跑完3200m (400m*8圈 第三跑道) 速度不算慢 也非衝刺型
以慢慢超過其它跑道慢跑者為主 盡量全程都一定速度

這種的跑完 腳很痠 會喘 還蠻累的 慢走400m後 再跑一圈會有點硬撐了
2.
一次跑完6000m (來回河堤跑道 機車表里程計算) 速度就慢慢跑
盡量全程都一定速度

這種的跑完當下不會太喘 調整一下就不喘了 還可以再原地開合跳個一百下
(再跑應該ok 不過還沒試過)
想請問如果這兩種比較 一樣都是揮汗如雨 光以消耗熱量來講
單就跑步方式1.3200m 2.6000m 哪種會比較高?!
