因為小弟很愛吃不是正餐以外的東西
所以常常會藉由跑步來消耗熱量
現在學校裏面是有健身房
一個禮拜會去跑個2天
大概都跑4x分鐘7~8公里之間 速度調10左右
但是朋友跟我說
跑操場4X分鐘消耗卡路里會比我跑跑步機還多
有人也是這樣認為的嗎??
因為我想選比較有效消耗熱量的方法
這樣我才能吃更多食物T口T
