其實之前習慣去操場跑步,
只不過最近很冷而且一直下雨,所以就改成去健身房,
跑了幾個禮拜,適應得無敵良好,
今天趁著難得的回暖又回到操場跑步,
結果跑了2000公尺就開始又累又喘、腳又痠,
平常去健身房跑超過4000公尺都覺得還好耶!
而且跑步機的速度是7.8,今天的速度大概只有6... = ="
這也太奇怪了吧?是我的錯覺嗎?
那我以後都跑操場,減肥速度會比較快囉?
而且最近去健身房跑完步之後,便很開心的吃了很飽的晚餐,
雖然是清淡的烏龍麵,不過真的很飽,結果還沒減肥,肚子先變大了Orz
到底為什麼會這樣啊?不是算熱量就好了嗎?我都想哭了...
然後啊,順便問大家一個在別板看到的問題,
五樓的樓上是幾樓?
如果回答四樓,那就太宅了
