大家好請問!
我平常在跑步的時候大約兩三公里時
就會胸悶心悸的狀況都一一浮現出來了
我的問題是 當我感覺到了這樣的狀況
我是要繼續跑 還是休息一下在跑呢?
如果今天只考慮進步的狀況下
那一種選擇是對我的跑步進步來說
是比較理想的呢?
