跑步完,小腿腫脹 - 健身

最近又開始跑步,一週2-3次的頻率,才剛開始大概快10天吧。
今天睡前抬腿突然發現小腿骨(脛骨嗎?就韓劇男生常被踢,一撞到就會黑青)旁邊有些凸起
摸的感覺像腫起來,只有一腳有,但不會痛,左右小腿一摸比較,很明顯會發現
這是正常的嗎,是運動後肌肉充血的狀態嗎,有需要做什麼嗎|
