最近開始進行飲食控制
覺得吃關東煮吃下了多少東西一目了然
而且我本身就不太喜歡吃加工食品
所以點的都是一些麵條阿豆腐阿之類的東西
我去的那家感覺湯頭也蠻清淡的,而且我湯也不會喝完XD
我一餐大概這樣
白麵兩包(or王子麵) 估350大卡
豆腐20元(四小塊約120g) 估 60大卡 (網路查發現沒想到豆腐熱量那麼低@@
青菜一包 估 25大卡
不知道這樣有沒有低估?
還有湯頭的方面沒有計算因為我不知道怎麼算XD
