我不是胖子,162cm 5Xkg 體脂21%。
去年秋天的時候,我體脂才19%,
大概是研究所生活太宅,讓我體脂不到一年增加2%...囧。
因此在六月初開始,決定一週五天慢跑,有時間就每天跑。
每次拉筋暖身5分鐘→快走10分鐘→跑操場30分鐘→快走10分鐘→收操5分鐘。

跑了三週,原本一直蠻順的,但是我右腳足弓上方的骨頭越來越痛...
前面提到,我不是胖子,所以排除因為太胖跑步傷腳的因素。
今早去看了骨科診所。
我:醫生,我跑步,這裡會痛痛。(指)
醫:(看了一秒) = =......妳站起來一下,轉到背面我看看。
我:?????(照做)
醫:(再看了一秒) = =......妳是扁平足,妳不知道嗎?
我:(⊙o⊙)!!!!!!真的假的!!!!我都不知道耶!!!!
醫:妳這叫扁平足併後脛骨肌腱炎。
我:(⊙o⊙)!!!!!!真的假的!!!! ←純粹是被聽起來很嚴重的專有名詞嚇到
那我以後都不能跑步了嗎???
醫:還是可以跑啊,但是你要去挑一雙低足弓專用的慢跑鞋,
也就是說妳的足弓那部分需要有東西支撐,這樣跑步才不會受傷。
之後醫生很耐心的跟我解釋了很多骨頭跟骨頭之間的親密關係(?)
還翻出他的精美彩頁精裝原文書給我看課文,
但我也不是學醫的記不了太多專有名詞。
話說,我最近才開始爬跑步板,
重點是我不知道自己是扁平足,
所以根本不會去在意跟扁平足有關的文章啊!囧

活了24年,今天我終於知道為什麼我只要走久跑久就會腳痛...
因為我不是草莓族!!!我是扁平足!!!
題外話:
我原本的mizuno完全沒有足弓支撐,
又要花錢買新的慢跑鞋了...月底荷包在哭哭...
看來先去游泳擋一下好了...
