跑步時刻&睡眠 - 美體

我是有靠跑步瘦下來...又好像是以前睡太多。
現在身高175 體重早上脫到剩內褲加上上過廁所量70KG整
之前有上班,可能睡得比較少大概六到八小時,但沒什麼跑步
,可是通勤路走得多,體重68KG徘徊,現在想回到68上下的體重
是聽說過跑步早上好是因為空氣新鮮,車子少,也比較容易瘦?
可是又有聽說早上空氣差因為前一天的汙染空氣冷卻了,下降到地面
還是晚上跑步好?
(本人目前待業中所以才這麼閒...)還是找找事情不要睡超過八小時就好了?
