關於慢跑時身體遇到的狀況如下:
在慢跑時,等到身體開始熱起來的時候,開始感覺到身體劇癢難耐,從腰到臀部,腿部,全身性的癢,跑完之後全身像是長了紅疹子,像是全身皮膚微血管破裂般
但是這個狀況,只要我持續跑三十分鐘以上,就會開始沒有感覺
之後連續只要每天都跑步,癢的感覺就幾乎沒有,身體也不會有紅疹子,像是身體已經習慣了一樣!
我Google了一些運動生理方面的資訊,發現有很多人跟我有類似狀況,有些跑到甚至頭皮也會癢,很多種說法,有些說是熱過敏,有些說是身體代謝的反應,有些則說是跑步時血液流動到全身刺激皮膚,甚至有可能是跑步時身體震動造成的癢,沒有一個答案,醫生也沒有明確的答案
說也有可能是體質的關係,但是這個現象,只有跑步會有,如果是騎腳踏車,滑步機,甚至走路,就幾乎不會有這種狀況!
但是還是有大部分的人沒有這種情形,甚至完全沒有跑步習慣的人,去跑步身體完全不會覺得癢,所以想請問有跟我一樣情形的人,都如何克服這個狀況?
補充:今天又去跑,即便心理準備要癢,還是會癢到不舒服,而且跑的速度越快,越癢,更不能抓,因為只會更癢,還會抓傷啊!哀~真是痛苦!
