其實我的重點只有一個:
跑步機"理論上"可以做到與路跑非常近似
原因是相對運動原理
實際上則因機械大小限制造成一些差別
"跑帶自己會動" 並不是跑步機和路跑的主要差異所在

跑步機比路跑輕鬆 因為地面平且無風阻
A common misunderstanding is that it is easier because the ground is pulled

常見的誤解是: 跑步機輕鬆是因為"地面"在你腳下自己動 (誤)

至於船上跑(請想像麗星郵輪那種 不要想像小船)和路跑有什麼差異
我就說不出來了 基本上我認為一樣 (心態上我當然想在麗星郵輪上跑啦)
不過顯而易見 跑步機比麗星郵輪小 而且小非常多
跑者的身體沒辦法像路跑這樣完全伸展開來
為了適應跑步機 會產生一些代償性的跑法
如步幅(stride length)降低、步頻(stride rate)增加、非支撐期縮短的現象
同速度下 兩者的能量消耗 也會有差別
8-14 km/h時差0-5%, >16km/h時可差至10%
當然跑步機可以增加速度 或增加 1% 斜度 來達到相同的能量消耗

路跑板上許多大大 以及laizin 認為跑跑步機時缺乏(減少)了後蹬(推蹬, 扒地)的力量
我認為這不是跑步機的原罪 理想的跑步機(=麗星郵輪)不會有這樣的問題
但現實中的跑步機 只能在低速,小步幅的情況下後蹬
對中高手進行路跑比賽訓練時 顯然有不足之處 因此不能做為主力訓練

最後想闡述一個跑步肉腳的眼中 跑步機(家中) vs 路跑的優缺點
優點: 省時(交通來回) 安全(路況 交通 治安) 天候無視(溫濕度可部份調整,
還可以脫光跑...)
(可能)減少運動傷害(避震系統)
缺點: 花錢 耗電 無趣 不便與夥伴同跑 對路跑比賽的幫助較小
熱量消耗我認為可用速度, 坡度, 時間來控制 不算跑步機的缺點
