最近運動不足,想說來運動一下好了
可是不曉得要做哪一種運動,跑步的話外面太陽好大,游泳的話又要準備泳褲
最後我查了一下資料,發現爬樓梯好像運動量很大,而且你如果只上樓梯,下樓改搭
電梯的話,那應該不太會傷膝蓋的樣子
所以我就開始試了
結果從地下2樓開始爬,都是一階一階小跑步,沒有二階併做一步
一開始還好,爬到四樓開始用走的,到六樓已經快不行了,很喘
最後撐到14樓,花了短短2分41秒,沒想到短短2分41秒,已經讓我眼冒金星、頭昏眼花
、耳鳴、開始作嘔
撐著回到家,躺了5分鐘才平復,現在在這邊上網po文
沒想到爬樓梯累到這種程度,我覺得我大概不想再爬第二次
區區2分41秒,有辦法瘦多少嗎?
