我是幫我朋友問的
我朋友五、六年前卵巢內分泌出了問題
開始不斷變胖
然後他一直有每日一杯奶茶的習慣
之前我們偶爾會和他說: 飲料不要一直喝
他都會說:我又沒有天天喝
過了這些年來...她終究醒悟到他不但天天喝
而且一天還喝不只一杯....
前幾天我們語重心長地討論要來"練習喝水"
不過她有一個問題...
就是他們辦公室都會合購飲料
每一個人都要點 才能夠外送
(之前人不夠的時候 還會一人點兩杯來外送)
我朋友是覺得 她如果說她不想喝飲料
第一飲料就不能合購了 不合群
第二同事會笑她 類似什麼"怕胖就不要吃那麼多啊~飲料一杯沒差啦~"
之類的
反正有一些心理壓力
我們討論一下說 點蜂蜜蘆薈不知道會不會好一點?
我是想說加蜂蜜總比加那些來路不明的糖好多
紅茶綠茶去糖那種喝法 對飲料上癮的人來說應該要人命吧..
不知道大家還有什麼意見嗎
