跑步機上的耗卡數與實際公式 - 健身

自從進入職場後,小弟每天下班後都會去健身中心跑跑步、作作重訓菜單
小弟目前177/85,體脂兩周前量是18%
每次跑步的時間都不長,大概就是
6.5 *5mins -> 9.5 *25mins -> 6.5 *5mins (坡度0)
根據精華區的跑步計算公式,這樣一次應該會消耗約240~260卡
但是跑步機上面的數字大約都在410~430卡...
想請問幾個問題:
1.究竟跑步機上的數據和精華區的數據哪個比較貼近實際上消耗的脂肪熱量?
2.小弟我目前每次運動的模式大概是:
簡單熱身 → 跑步機(上面的量)
→ 依照教練建議的菜單作五個重訓動作 →跑步機(上面的量) →烤箱10mins+洗澡
每次大約兩小時多一些,這樣的量是否適當?
目前每周一到五依照這樣的量去作,作了兩個月,體脂從22%降到18%,體重沒扣多少
