跑步機坡度與速度的疑問 - 健身

今天試了一下跑步機的坡度以及速度的心跳率,以能夠減脂的130當作目標的話,在坡度0-1時速要超過6.7/hr才勉強達到,但坡度4的話速度可降到5/hr 速度慢一點我的腳才能負荷,跑起來小腿前端外側會很痛,但坡度高一點,比走路再快一點的速度我還可以承受,但這樣接近普通走速,依然可以達到減脂的目標嗎?還是一定要跑到流大汗很熱才有效果呢?
