有運動後感覺更容易餓
這時就會吃點零食
但這樣體重不減反升
這樣該怎麼辦?
感覺最近中午吃難吃的便當晚上吃家裡煮有點膩了
好想吃披薩跟雞排
大家養成運動習慣後飲食習慣也要改變嗎?
大家真的能做到不吃點除了正餐以外的東西嗎?
例如偶爾的放縱或吃洋芋片
你們覺得想吃的時候就吃比較好
我覺得只要克制遲早都會反撲
大家覺得應該快樂吃多動比較好
還是少吃多動比較快樂?
