想請問一下大家 如果我想跑步減肥
應該是要拉長跑步時間還是增加速度
維持慢跑的習慣已經2個多月了
只有感覺變結實跟瘦一點點(外表看不太出來)
現在每個禮拜大約跑3-4天
每次跑約4-5k 時間大概是31-39分鐘
是我跑的太慢嗎~要增加速度?
還是時間不夠長?
