一開始減肥時
我跑步是腳根著地
肌肉比較不會酸,但跑完後膝蓋都有點不舒服
後來看了文章說前腳掌著地的跑法比較不傷膝
上週開始就改成前腳掌先著地的跑法
但問題來了
膝蓋是比較舒服了沒錯
之前跑完膝蓋的不適感也沒了
但跑出另一個問題
腳部肌肉酸痛的問題還好,我想練習量可以改善
但今天跑完發現右腳腳趾居然磨出水泡了 @@b
(難怪跑的時候覺得腳趾有點痛)
左腳大姆趾那邊也磨出一個有點大的繭
我該繼續使用前腳掌著地的跑法嗎??
另外磨出水泡後,要休息幾天等水泡消還是繼續跑??
