暑假重新開始跑步 現在是每兩天跑一次 一週三天 一次跑3.2公里
我是從四百的最內跑到最外圈
總共八圈 時間都在24 25分左右
在想說慢慢加到16圈 還是說固定時間
比如說跑四十分鐘 讓距離拉長
因為現在大概習慣了
跑完不會喘 對增加心肺是不是效果有限
我是隔天會去重訓 所以沒有天天跑 荒廢是有過 有一陣子很忙
就一直找藉口 半年多沒跑步
暑假重新開始跑連800都很吃力
