強化後的核心肌群恰如甲冑,可適時適度作為緩衝並保護其內的骨骼與臟器
ok,這沒問題!
那麼,除了「核心肌群不夠強化」,是否還有其它可能因素呢?!
╭→1、熱伸不足或一開始的強度太高太快
│ 造成靜脈血流不暢 => 肝脾淤血腫大 => 被膜神經受牽拉
│ 痛點:右上腹 或 左上腹
運 可 │
├→2、久沒運動或荒廢過運動一段時日或沒運動習慣或環境緯度溫差
│ 基礎心肺能力較差或未建立=>運動中呼吸急湊、過淺或寒冷刺激
動 能 │ => 使呼吸肌痙攣或疲勞
│ 痛點:左右季肋部

│ 吃太多、吃了易產氣或難消化的東西、吃了冰冷東西、空腹
│ => 使胃腸道增加蠕動或痙攣、或造成胃腸功能紊亂

├→4、腹腔疾病:肝炎、膽道疾病如膽石症、膽囊炎、膽道感染等
痛 因 │ 平時不怎痛,運動時因內臟血管收縮、缺氧及代謝產物刺激更痛

這時再來想到需要強化的核心肌群還不遲...
總之,沒病的先找出有沒有病,有病的先治病,
OS:萬一腸道阻塞或膽道阻塞還跑去呆呆的練核心.....(抖)
等到確定不是身體哪個ㄍㄟ西或環節出了狀況或破病,
再來好好的透過循序漸進原則調整飲食與運動配比也不遲...
