版上各位強者大大你們好,有一個問題想向大家請教.
最近開始跑步但大概總長跑個1KM多左膝蓋就會開始痛,
因為剛開始步所以大多是跑一圈走一圈的方式,但不管如何用跑的大概3-4圈(400M)
開始左膝蓋就會很痛跑不下去,第一次勉強跑了幾圈,結果回家痛了幾天連走路都會痛.
以前23歲時也有跑過一陣子,有時候會痛但有時候過陣子就不會痛了.跑了幾個月
後就很少會痛,那時候可以跑個4KM.現在已經35歲了,卻變成幾乎跑不了多少就開始痛.
以前膝蓋只有在某次衝浪時有點像是扭到或擠到(台語)之後,就好像會有這種情況.
以前曾經做過復健1-2個月吧,好像也沒有根治.
我想請教的是,這樣算是正常現象嗎?因為都是利用下班後去運動,所以跑步是最
簡單且熟悉的方法,像游泳或健身房(有夠貴)就不是很方便了.
大家有沒有什麼建議或是指教能給我,感謝.
