我是年過三十的泡芙OL, 年輕時不懂事, 都用節食減肥,
19, 20歲時代謝高, 作為大學生都睡到中午, 一天只吃兩餐
所以很容易少吃一點就瘦了, 進入職場前都一直保持BMI 19
好景不常, 上班工作後, 每天坐著不動三餐加下午茶
像吹氣球一樣兩年就胖了10公斤, 雖然還不算太胖, 但就是肉肉的
曾經有晚上只吃芭樂減下5公斤, 工作壓力一大時, 就是以吃解決又胖回來
直到去年, 因為工作壓力加上習慣不好, 身上長帶狀皰疹, 又有長期背痛問題
覺得自己不能再這樣下去摧殘自己的身體
所以跟著同事一起加入公司隔壁的貴鬆鬆健身房
教練來推銷教練課時, 其實我也沒想很多先買了12堂
因為對我來說, 我是完全不運動的人, 就讓教練讓我保持運動習慣
量Inbody時, 體脂36%, 肌肉量過低
因為背痛所以一開始連仰臥起坐跟深蹲都無法做
慢慢把背肌練起來之後, 現在都可以正常做一般的重訓動作了
很好的是因為一周至少有3~4次的運動習慣, 體力也培養起來, 路跑可以跑10K沒問題

目前雖然還沒有馬甲線, 但至少看起來結實一點, 目前體脂還在33%
與其說減肥何不如說檢討生活習慣, 下班回家常常都是開始大吃晚餐, 看電視吃零食
現在的生活形態很健康, 過得開心也不會覺得很辛苦
早餐:蔬菜三明治+無糖豆漿
午餐: 正常吃
晚餐: 運動前香蕉+吐司 運動後 雞湯or排骨湯+豆漿+地瓜
運動:每天晚上下班後 跑步1000熱身+重訓4~5種+滑步機20分鐘
從我開始變成控制一天熱量1500~1700, 每天運動之後
30天就降了體脂2公斤, 肌肉量增加0.8公斤
現在比我之前躺在沙發上看電視吃零食的人生更加快樂, 所以鼓勵大家動起來吧=)
我的計劃還有60天, 目標體脂可以從33%降到28%以下, 希望下次Po文時是馬甲線了!
