跑步膝蓋痛 - 健身

已爬文,也知道看醫生最實在,但想先收集一些資料,
還請版友幫忙,謝謝。

本身有游泳的習慣,大約一個禮拜三到四次,每次一千公尺,
捷式七成 + 蛙式三成;此外,一個禮拜也會打三次左右的籃球,
幾乎也都很激烈,在以上運動後,膝蓋都不會有異狀,
疲累感睡一覺也就消失。
最近試著練習慢跑,跑了四公里(十圈),體力上可以負荷,
但約在第四圈開始,膝蓋會很難過,尤其是左膝,
跑完後大概要兩三天才能復原,走樓梯也會不舒服,
這樣我的膝蓋可能是有怎樣的問題?? 還是我跑步姿勢不正確?
(有換穿慢跑鞋及籃球鞋,但狀況依舊)
