最近看網路有跳繩減肥.所以我大概有跳了一個禮拜吧!我一天大概跳1200下!!!(200下休息一下)結果我家人現在都說我怎麼變壯了==就感覺有點像金剛芭比==我姐還開玩笑說到時候就不要連胸部都沒有了xD變胸肌-..-到底要怎麼做才能有效減肥又不會長很多肌肉的==?我是要升國三的!!因為一直被笑所以想減肥==我身高153吧體重57...胖的地方(手臂大腿小腿腰肚子臀部)我的臉很小==所以整個看起來就很不平衡==而且最近又剪短頭髮..所以我想趕快瘦下來..而且因為要補習所以回到家就九點多了!!又不能做太耗時間的運動因為聽說晚睡也瘦不下來??所以請問有什麼方法嗎?謝謝.....Showmore
