跳鄭多燕最佳的時機? - 美體

因為過年胖一圈,所以最近比較有努力一點跳鄭多燕 
不過我跳了快要一個月,體重似乎沒有絲毫進展
想請問大家,通常這種體操,
最佳時機大約是一天中的哪個時段?
 
以我為例,我是幾乎晚飯後一小時開始跳 (那時才有自由時間)
跳的時機點約是晚上八點半到九點半之間
我大部分跳黑上衣街舞風那片,或是墊上腹部強化體操那片
跳完雖然會流汗,
可是三個禮拜約每週跳三四次下來
連個0.5kg都沒有動靜,讓我有點...被打擊....
想說該不會是時間點挑的不對..
 
跳鄭多燕我知道飯後一小時內不行,
飯前一小時是不是也不建議呢?
還是說如果我提早吃飯時間,飯後兩小時再跳效果會好些?
亦或是改到飯前兩小時跳?
