如題~
原PO目前每個禮拜大概會跳三次鄭多燕
受限於宿舍太小無法跳第二代+最近很忙
所以每次都是跳第一代一次這樣
(因為平常還有在打桌球和上體育課 想說這樣應該還好XD)
跳完衣服會全濕(本來就很會流汗)
但 是 完 全 不 會 喘 (第一次跳就這樣)
我身邊親友反應則是:
嘗試拉著室友一起跳可是她覺得太累後來就算了...
(結果變成我在後面跳她在旁邊不受影響的用電腦超強的)
後來我推薦給一個穿著看起來蠻常運動的朋友
她跳了二十分鐘就放棄了
隔天還和我抱怨她鐵腿囧 說我太強了
我媽則是和我跳了五分鐘就放棄了
害我很想問我們真的是在跳同一部嗎囧囧
抱歉前言心得有點多
總之
我想請問大家有沒有心得&推薦
"方便在小房間裡跳,強度比較強會有fu的有氧"
"最好可以以瘦下半身為主"
原PO目前的身高體重是158/51
因為久坐所以最肥就是臀部和大腿
希望能加強這兩塊
