身材上的兩難 - 健身

其實我應該是要選請益的,但是找不到這個分類QQ
先解釋一下,絕對不是瘦下來胸部變小的煩惱
是這樣的,之前在intagram找到一個女生健身分享的專頁
裡面的女生各各都有臀線明顯的豐滿翹臀
就是側面看是大腿和臀部壁壘分明的感覺
(連我是女生看了都很想抓一把XD)
基於這個奇妙的理由開啟了我的翹臀養成計畫(笑)
在飲食照常下,有氧(拳擊有氧+慢跑)+重訓(針對下半身的都有做,尤其深蹲)
互相搭配已經持續了三個月
因為自己有拍照記錄的習慣,不難發現臀部線條真的有比較好看一點>///<
可是!!現在我所有的牛仔褲穿起來大腿都超緊繃!!
有的還要用跳的才能穿上>""<
很容易彎腰或蹲下起來的時候就有褲子包不住屁股的不安全感(有點抽象)
身體上的一些數據,例如體重增加,體脂減少等我都可以接受
爬文就知道女生的肌肉沒那麼好練,但我回去看instagram的重訓女生
她們的大腿很多也都沒有縫隙,且應該不是肥肉@_@
難道追求翹臀一定會伴隨著壯腿嗎?(當初心裡只想著我要翹臀我要翹臀)
現在有一點失去人生方向,不知道明天還要不要進健身房XD
請問有沒有可能存在翹臀又細腿的訓練方式呢?不可能對嗎?
