想請問板上大大有沒有人也會跟我一樣,
如果有一到兩個禮拜沒去重訓的話,
就會發現自己身體曲線好像消回去了,
手臂跟胸肌會有蠻迷明顯的差異...
但是去量體重,體重也沒下降...
這是正常情況嗎??
