車禍受傷怎麼吃 - 美體

前兩天出了小車禍
腳背掉一塊皮 都是擦傷和被排氣管燙傷的痕跡
然後一腳掰咖腳踝整個腫起來
平常我都是早餐吃得非常豐盛(有蛋有肉有澱粉)
午餐吃得很簡單 不餓的話就不吃
晚餐吃一些蛋白質和青菜還有少許澱粉 還會加上40分鐘踏步機(平均踏3800下)
今天去上班我同事說我看起來好虛弱@@ 害得我因此不敢吃得太簡單
請問受傷期間多吃一點食物應該無所謂吧@@"
(不過現在腳受傷都沒辦法運動 我實在有點擔心這樣還多吃會不會又胖了><)
還有我可以多吃甚麼類的食物加速傷口癒合嗎? 真的好痛>__< 上班都受到影響
