但看完之後 我有個小問題想請教一下各位大大
小弟只算是個初入門的 關於一些基本的健身動作 伏地挺身 臥推之類的
是不是組間休息時間越長 每天所得的訓練量就會愈多?? 但休息時間長的底線
大概是多久?? 之前有聽過一些專題 組間休息的太久 肌肉冷掉會怎樣八八八八八一大堆
所以不禁產生一個疑問 會有肌肉冷掉的問題嗎??
記得那篇專題說 以伏地挺身為例 寧願休息短一次
做個2 3下也好
