今天練腿做深蹲
一開始用空槓在做的時候
核心沒發力
做到第20下之後 下背就會痠
後來慢慢開始加重
加到只能蹲8下的重量
這時候我核心、腹內壓都會撐到最用力
做完反而就不會腰痠
請問在輕重量的時候 核心也要出力嗎?
