迷上晨跑但小腿硬到可以殺人 - 減肥

如題
小妹我淚求好心人提供瘦小腿辦法, 先跪了
是為了減肥, 也為了身材好有曲線
前陣子迷上鄭多燕
但本身是體力滿好的那種身體
以前有習慣游1.5hr nonstop, 大概一周超過4次
後來因為被警告小心倒三角 (我只會蛙式)
就沒游了
迷上鄭多燕之後
如果是youtube上30min那種
我可以跳15min x2(當暖身)+30min(當主菜)
結束後3分鐘內恢復談笑風生
btw以前曾經繞著大安森林公園最外圈 (就是還會跑到馬路上那種)
跑一圈nonstop, 最高紀錄可以2圈nonstop
(本身是滿極端的體能, 只要運動不無聊, 就可以一直動下去, 就怕無趣)
最近這五天連續去晨跑
估計2km(?)的路程, 25min內nonstop跑完
有配戴雙腳護膝, 並盡量挺直身體讓腰&肚子用點力, 減少傳到腳的力
也有注意腳跟先下
但第二天開始小腿就很硬很壯 (是說本來就沒多細拉)
跑步前會簡單做個暖身: 脖子左右各轉兩圈/拉拉手/拉拉腳
跑完也是很簡單的拉拉筋(?)
總之就是, 沒甚麼規律的隨意伸展
第三天開始捏小腿企圖讓它軟點, 想說會瘦
結果它還是很硬!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
*請各位提供我瘦小腿的方法!!拜託!!!!我想要美腿!!!!!!
註:
1.不方便泡澡
2.90度抬腿30min我以前天天抬,但現在時間寶貴
要我發呆30min我有點受不了
或請各位不吝嗇提供躺著30min還可以做的事
3.沒做鄭多燕了是因為漸漸不會流汗
所以才改晨跑
