決心要來寫這篇,是為了真的有一些心得,無論如何也想分享給曾經與我一樣的女孩們,
在漫長的青春歲月裡,永不停止地與體重與苗條奮戰的女孩們。
特別是,其實妳並不胖,卻還是無法避免崇尚紙片身材與激瘦明星的妳們。
這裡是我的血淚教訓,與一晃眼就十年的心得。
老實說,我從未真正「胖」過,
從青春期開始,在正常的情況下,能夠長期穩定維持171cm/60kg 的身高體重,
16 17歲的時候,就是嫌自己稍微大隻了那麼一點,腿粗了一點,屁股大了一點,
在那個正確減肥觀念不普及的小女生世界裡,
我也是跟著甚麼不吃午餐,抬腿操、減肥霜...亂七八糟的東西都來試一下,
已經忘記自己到底確切做了甚麼,只記得節食,然後常常很想吃東西,錢也花了很多...
就這樣,兩三年後的最大值居然變成了65~66kg......
減肥的日子依然持續著,只是我沒甚麼毅力,總是在小幅度的減重與復胖之間徘徊,
維持著62~58kg,原本或許會就這樣效果不彰的維持下去,
直到悲劇的開始.
大學時代,我先後和兩家模特兒經紀公司簽約。
我想大家應該可以想像,一個不是很瘦又是易胖體質的模特兒,會是甚麼樣的下場,
全世界都要我減肥,遭受了各式各樣的白眼,拍出來的照片慘不忍睹,
除了抽脂和吃西藥,我想這世界上幾乎所有的減肥方法我都試過,(苦笑)
印象深刻的方法有:
絕食(吃蘋果或喝蜂蜜)
晚餐只吃燙青菜
嚴格控制卡路里一天1200大卡
跑操場與游泳
買了健身腳踏車與踏步機,然後早起兩個小時
中醫診所減肥門診
埋線針灸
整骨
無止境的瘦身霜瘦臉膏
人生最瘦的體重計數字來到51kg,是為一個重要的試鏡喝了三天的蜂蜜水,只維持兩天XD
在人生的那段時間裡,有很大一部份是在恐懼中渡過,
有沒有瘦?我可以冷笑的說 當然,瘦到不行~
但是,以上每一種方法都持續不久,有工作的時候瘦,沒事的時候體重就回來,
我天生就食欲旺盛,從小又從未養成過運動習慣,
極端的少吃多動,簡直痛苦得要了我半條命,
我痛恨操場,看到健身房就怕,
更慘的是和各種高熱量美食結下了扭曲的情結,對油炸物有瘋狂的渴望,
妳有試過不停的聞別人定的披薩,把整個鼻子貼上去,
聞完了再一面掉淚一面騎健身腳踏車嗎?
那些記憶永遠也不會從腦海裡消失。
然而,更更悲慘的是,這樣還不夠瘦。
因為我永遠不會是激瘦紙片輕飄飄仙女系媽斗,
不管吃了幾餐蘋果,跑了多少圈操場,
我永遠接不到平面,永遠要擔心穿不下廠商的褲子,
永遠討厭自己,覺得自己不正不美,害怕看到自己的照片。
在這一行的扭曲與現實之外,隨著年紀增長,也漸了解這行業不是那麼適合自己的個性,
考上研究所後就再也不做這份工作了。
我再也不減肥了。
而今天的我,56~57kg,並沒有復胖肥到天邊,而是穩定維持一個極為健康標準的體重,
幾個月前測的體脂肪是21%,
我是用身體領悟到的,花了數年的時間,
原來這個世界上並沒有肥可以減,只有生活方式可以改變。
而這一個改變,只有一輩子,沒有短期目標。
我改變的第一步是:與食物和解。
從把「減肥」兩個字拋諸腦後開始,這個步驟就花了我至少3年,
首先是不節食,徹 頭 徹 尾 的 不 節 食,
我甚麼都吃,甚麼時間都可以吃,麥噹噹炸雞泡麵樣樣來,
體重計丟進太平洋,消夜兩個字等於好開心,任何食物不夠再點,珍珠奶茶一天三杯,
毫無意外的復胖了,非常幸運的,我一點都不在意,
(不要問我那時幾公斤,鬼才知道)
我照吃照喝,褲子穿不下就再買一件,
漸漸的,非常非常緩慢的,幾乎難以察覺的,事情開始有了變化,
我對大餐不再那樣感興趣,也不再是無時無刻都食慾很好,
經歷過了大吃特吃的階段,終於能夠開始聽身體的聲音,
當終於沒有任何事情可以反彈,食物也不再寄託任何情感後,
麥當勞從萬惡大魔王,慾望發洩之地,最終變成路邊的一顆石頭,
花了好長好長的時間,才發現其實自己其實無法吃那麼多。
數年過去了,
今天的我食量正常到不行,經常外食也經常自己下廚,
冰箱裡有很多青菜、雞蛋、土雞肉、吐司、培根、水果,還有一些烏龍麵,
我不知道任何東西的熱量,只因為我喜歡,我想吃,
消夜一個月會吃兩三次,當然可能也包括麥當勞,
適可而止,這四個字,
不是你去告訴身體,而是身體會讓你知道,如果你放它自由的話。
改變的第二步是:愛上一個運動
這簡直像是奇蹟,當不再減肥之後,日子與腦袋都開闊了許多以後,
前年開始與朋友們約了要去爬爬百岳,玉山、雪山之類的,
莫名其妙地興致勃勃想說練練身體吧,和朋友相糾去跑步,
一切都是因為:嘩,好好玩喔,好期待喔,好刺激喔,
親近大自然的心讓身體整個活力旺盛了起來,
莫名其妙的就越跑越遠,莫名其妙的就報了路跑比賽,
莫名其妙的因為跑步而去了各種地方,結交了各種朋友。
我有夜涼如水的河濱,有風景最美的山徑,
或許是一個人安靜思考,用規律的呼吸唱歌,
或許是和一群人搭著火車去外地比賽,一面聊天嬉鬧一面奔跑,
還曾經徒腳跑過高速公路與軍事管制區,一次次去了從未想過會去的地方,
(這輩子第一次去太魯閣,居然還是因為馬拉松比賽XD)
任何跑馬的人都不會忘記初次完成半馬的歡喜,與初次完成全馬的感動。
這簡直像是奇蹟,從來不愛運動的我,從小到大體育課都在鬼混的我,
一心只想成為激瘦紙片輕飄飄仙女系媽斗的我,
居然要準備跑第三場全程馬拉松了。
而在長跑的路上,所體驗到的自己、所體驗到的信心、自由、成就感,
又豈是為了減三公斤而在操場上一圈圈繞的人能夠想像的。
我很任性,還是不愛操場,不喜歡健身器材,
討厭啞鈴、瑜珈球,健身房令人窒息,
但我還是找到喜歡得能維持一輩子的運動了。
運動這件事,拿來減肥,實在是太浪費了。
今天的我,食量正常,經常跑步,跑完就吃,
並不激瘦紙片,但常常得到一個評語:「你都吃不胖!」
可知道,這一句「你吃不胖」可是花了我十年。
