我對壺鈴也算小有研究,之前也去過ff 上過一對一的教練課
基本上swing時手是輕鬆的勾著壺鈴,
swing是用臗發力的動作,所以影片中才有提到膝蓋不要彎太多.
屁股往後退,屁股夾緊這樣的提示
所以swing時壺鈴擺盪的高度取決於你臗的爆發力量
如果你臗活動度夠好,屁股往後退到股二頭肌是緊緊的感覺
往前盪壺瞬間的爆發力量越大,手自然就可以帶的很高
所以初學者盪壺時壺鈴不夠高通常是髖關節柔軟度不夠好,所以屁股無法往後退太多
然後膝蓋彎曲太多,變成像是深蹲式的swing
基本上深蹲式的swing也不是完全錯誤,只是訓練效果沒那麼好就是了
但臗的柔軟度真的是要慢慢訓練阿
