B. (快跑800公尺,休息一下) 重複4次
幫朋友問的
24歲女性、微胖、體力差、有一點小腹
想練體力和瘦身
但不知道哪一種方案比較好
我自己是認為A啦,因為她慢慢跑就差不多30分鐘了
想說持續運動30分鐘應該比較有效吧
但看網路上又說間歇性運動 雖然時間短 卻效果卻很高
所以就迷惑了0.0"
想請問一下,謝謝
