之前有維持了三、四個月慢跑的習慣,距離都是慢慢增加,但主要是增加時間。
從只能跑10分鐘到能跑40分鐘甚至將近一小時。
後來比較忙,有段時間沒有常常跑
有天早上起床踩地,腳前跟劇痛到無法著地,從此困擾不斷。
求診過兩位中醫師各說各話,針灸也常常灸,有提到足底筋膜炎這個詞。
但歷時好幾個月不見好轉,足跟不太疼了,卻換足弓非常不舒服。

對照左右腳,像那個樣子右腳側邊靠近足弓部分腫脹。
只要路走多了,都會發熱腫得更大。
我很困擾......因為現在有時間去運動也沒辦法跑,跑完腳都在地獄晃QQ
沒辦法跑步讓我很焦慮,因為跑步真的是自己的紓壓管道!!!!
我想是不是該求助西醫,是該看什麼科?
