要知道脂肪和肌肉會不會互相轉換
首先要知道你的脂肪細胞是什麼組成的?肌肉細胞是什麼組成的?
<<生理學/組織學>>
人體內的組織可以分為四種:表皮,神經,肌肉,結締
一般所稱的脂肪或肥肉屬於結締組織,散布在皮下或內臟層作為緩衝和潤滑
肌肉組織的特色在於它是由肌肉細胞這種人體唯一有收縮能力的細胞構成
而肌肉細胞之所以具有收縮能力,是來自於細胞中平行排列的兩種纖維
分別為thick filament(粗肌絲)和thin filament(細肌絲)
另外再加上專門特化來儲存鈣離子的內質網稱為肌漿網
thick filament是由200~300條myosin II綁成一束所構成的(所以比較粗)
thin filamment則是由兩條actin像麻花一樣捲在一起(所以比較細)
不過thin filament除了actin之外,上面還附有troponin和tropomyosin
(對不起,我不是特意賣弄專有名詞,是我也不知道這些詞怎麼翻成中文 囧)
在生物學的命名法則中,只要是-in結尾的字就代表是某種蛋白質
沒錯,像myosin是由兩條重鍊(長鍊蛋白質的俗稱)和四條輕鍊(短鍊蛋白質的俗稱)
組成的長鏈狀大型蛋白質
兩條重鍊彼此交纏,到了末段各自在輕鍊的協助下折疊成一團ATP水解酵素
脂肪組織是一種特化的疏鬆結締組織,由脂肪細胞組成
因為很少生病,沒什麼重要性所以生理學或組織學都不太提(脂肪細胞:乖乖牌錯了嗎Q_Q)
不過只要知道脂肪組織儲存的是TG(三酸甘油酯),由一個甘油+三個脂肪酸合成就好
<<生化學>>
既然知道肌肉細胞是由蛋白質構成,脂肪細胞是由TG構成
那麼要討論脂肪細胞會不會變成肌肉細胞,就要看用TG合成蛋白質是否可行
如上文所述,TG是由一個甘油分子加上三個脂肪酸分子合成的
脂肪酸分子在體內行β-氧化,會拆解成許多個含2個碳的acetyl-CoA分子
(acetyl-CoA分子再進入TCA cycle產生能量,不過這方面後續就跟本命題無關囉)
如果不巧,剛好脂肪酸分子是由奇數個碳組成的,怎麼切都沒辦法完全切成偶數
最後就會合成出一個含三個碳的succinyl-CoA
(不過自然界的奇數碳脂肪酸很少見,就算有也大多不可食用,所以用到這反應的機率不高)
Q:脂肪酸氧化就氧化,幹嘛還特別叫β-氧化?
A:因為人體內還有其他種脂肪氧化方式啊>.^
α-氧化只發生在腦部,而且只能將含有13~18個碳的脂肪酸切短,無法將脂肪完全氧化
ω-氧化是把太長的脂肪酸直接腰斬成兩半,但那兩半還是得各自乖乖跑β-氧化才能分解
Q:(拍肩)你掉了一個甘油
A:傻傻的,甘油上插個磷酸根直接進堂姊反應...呃,是糖解反應
最後還不是只能乖乖變成acetyl-CoA( ′-`)y-~
「阿sir,我不想變成Acetyl-CoA」「行,去跟肝臟說」
帶著你的磷酸根去肝臟排隊,準備跑糖質新生反應變成葡萄糖吧( ′-`)y-~
是的各位看倌,葡萄糖和脂肪是可以互相轉換的,所以吃水果照樣會變肥油>.^
再次推廣運動才是王道
所以脂肪細胞裡含的TG在體內分解會產生兩種產物:
acetyl-CoA和succinyl-CoA
acetyl-CoA在體內的用途有
1.進TCA循環 => 變成能量 (燃燒自己照亮別的細胞)
2.進行生酮作用 => 產生keto body
3.舊愛還是最美,回頭重新合成脂肪 (做白功喔 囧)
succinyl-CoA比acetyl-CoA更專一,只會進TCA循環變成能量
至於棕色脂肪...我想會上PTT的既不是嬰兒也不是北極熊,就不需要特別講這個了 囧
好,看完了脂肪的末路(!?)
我們來看看想孕育出一個嶄新的蛋白質需要些什麼
蛋白質是由胺基酸組成,也就是說沒有胺基酸就別留在這裡惹人厭了
用來合成蛋白質的胺基酸根據來源可以粗略分為兩種:
人體內可自行合成的,稱為非必須胺基酸
有Gly,Ala,Ser,Cys,Asp,Glu,Asn,Gln,Pro,Tyr,Arg,His
人體不能自行合成的,稱為必須胺基酸
有Val,Ile,Leu,Lys,Phe,Met,Thr,Trp
必須胺基酸既然不能由體內合成,當然就不要肖想用acetyl-CoA做出來了
此類胺基酸唯一的來源就是用吃的
非必須胺基酸可以由人體合成,看來脂肪轉肌肉的希望之光就在這群了!
我們來看看合成這些胺基酸的材料是什麼
Glu:由α-ketoglutarate合成
Gln:由Glu合成
His:由Glu合成
Pro:由Glu合成
Arg:由Glu合成
Gly:由Ser合成
Ala:由pyruvate合成
Ser:由必須胺基酸Met合成
Cys:由必須胺基酸Met合成
Tyr:由必須胺基酸Phe合成
Asn:由Asp合成
Asp:由Asn合成
acetyl-CoA:我可以跟你們一起玩嗎?
眾胺基酸:你誰?
acetyl-CoA:...........................................(((′・ω・`)
所以,既然肌肉生成的原料用不到脂肪代謝的產物
那可以解釋一下你是基於什麼理由如此根深蒂固地判定脂肪會變成肌肉嗎?
