天氣一冷板上的發文數都變少了
趁機來騙幾個P幣XD
本來一週都還會跑個3,4天
結果從上週三跑完後 天氣忽然變冷一直到今天都沒有再跑了,囧
這期間只有在家騎了兩天的X BIKE
可能是沒耐心一直空踩+覺得強度不足跑步就沒那麼認真+留了滿身汗....等等(一堆藉口)
兩次都騎了約70分鐘就草草結束 心裡覺得好不安阿

剩下的就是每天都還會持續做2.300個半仰臥起坐+半套挺不標準的電腦人XD
順便問一下
我大概做了3個月半仰,目前用力會感覺到裡面的肌肉有分塊
但是放鬆看 外觀只能隱約看到腹部橢圓跟三角骨的輪廓
請問女生體脂大概要多少才會有更明顯的腹肌線條呢? (體脂約21.5)
各位這幾天都還有持續運動嗎?
是沒受天候影響持續跑步 還是有其他替代方案呢?
