我是因為開髖關節
去年九月底開完左腳
今年七月要開右腳
現在還無法很正常走路
會有一點一跛一跛的
醫生說我體重太重
在開刀前一定要瘦下來
這樣開刀恢復會比較快好
且說真的我也太胖了
我163 75
胖很快瘦也很快
因為都睡到中午
所以
午餐:湯麵一碗 白開水一杯 (大約兩點吃)
晚餐:媽媽煮的菜和魚 大都用炒的和煎的
蘋果一顆 白開水一杯(六點七點間吃,不超過七點十五分)
消夜:白開水
每日運動:公園遛狗當作散步(大約兩百公尺三圈)
仰臥起坐一百下
床上踩腳踏車10分鐘
因為開刀是髖關節所以盡量不給腳過度使用
想請問這樣是否可以在七月前瘦到55
因為真的太趕了
還請幫忙批一下菜單
