我是一個矮子(嘆
身形又是屬於比較寬的那種
身高166 全盛時期胖到90過XD
現在70公斤正負2左右
之前是在大夜班上班過,靠著相當可怕的節食瘦下來
而後現在開始正常生活
現在早餐
半糖豆漿1000cc+菜包+紅豆豆沙包(蒸的)
午餐便當(不定種類,要有肉)
晚餐一樣半糖豆漿1000cc+豆沙包(早上買好放好)(食用時間下午四點)
豆漿是每日現做的,糖的份量大概在平常吃飯用的不鏽鋼湯匙一平匙(老闆現放的XD)
不吃消夜、點心
每天早上跑+快走一個小時,下午重訓半小時
重訓的部位放在胸、腹、手
請問各位先進我還有什麼要改進的嗎?,我持續快兩個禮拜了,沒有什麼不適感
只是開頭的成效並不卓越就是了

節食很不好,我那時候不但容易暈眩且狂掉髮
而且容易疲勞、情緒不佳、思考反應也連帶受到影響
臉上還長一堆痘痘(不過還好都長在下巴
曾經差一點在工作場合暈倒吧,蹲下搬重物起來眼前一片空白
真的不要過度節食(嘆
那時候一天只吃一餐(約7~800卡) 上班時間吃一份水果(約兩顆蘋果)
