早餐8:00 小蛋糕+豆漿 養樂多
點心10:30香蕉ㄧ根
午餐12:00 外食不一定 常吃牛肉麵跟生魚片丼飯
下午15:00~17:00 菠蘿麵包+香蕉
晚餐20:00 雞胸肉或牛肉一份 花椰菜跟一碗白飯
睡前00:00 一杯乳清
最近體重有點卡住了,想問哪邊吃不夠能在多吃點什麼?我食量不大 盡量少量多餐
