婚後從53胖到58
過年時胖到59
一直被詢問是不是懷孕了
心情不是很好
但是又很不想餓肚子
因為上班如果餓肚子心情真的會很不好
詢問過減肥的人
想了一些食物
這幾天吃了這樣的減肥餐
不知道哪裡需要修正
請指教
早餐 COSTCO貝果 + 乳酪 or COSTCO貝果 + COSTCO富統整塊黑胡椒豬肉片切片
午餐 水炒高麗菜 + 羊肉火鍋片七~八片 調味料是灑一點鹽、胡椒、羅勒
或
燙高麗菜 + 三匙萬家鄉和風醬油 + 一匙醋 + 一些大蒜和辣椒
(我很愛高麗菜,中餐吃一大盤吃到打嗝,目前還沒想到更好的烹調方式
可能先從火鍋片的肉類替換起,昨天又想到可以加泡菜一起炒,
以不加油為目的)
晚餐 水煮各種青菜 + 豬肉火鍋片 七~八片 + 有什麼水果吃什麼水果
偶爾配一些魚(生魚片或是乾煎魚),量不多
晚餐也是吃到打一個飽嗝
某一餐會加顆蛋
請幫我看看這樣可以嗎
