若其他餐已經攝取了足夠的澱粉營養,另外一餐不吃並不代表就會餓肚子或熱量不足

這樣子不就違反了少量多餐的原則?
運動之後所流失的營養要拿什麼補充?
而且一個人有辦法就在一餐之內把澱粉都攝取足夠了這樣的吃法根本不正常阿
我們又不是獅子或老虎吃一餐就可以檔三天了...
